As with any baby shower invitation, you want to make sure you include the necessary pieces of information. You want to have the date, time, and location, as well as, the RSVP contact. It is also nice to include the mother to be’s name and the new baby’s name, if you know it. If not, try to at least include the sex of the baby. One of the last things to include is the registry information. Some people consider this rude, but it really does help the guests know what the new mother needs.
